warranty and maintenance service clause

 

In order to provide more effective and appropriate service, and promote cooperation between us, we would like to make declaration below:

Warranty period:

We will change the product for you for free against purchase certificate with a 1 month warranty in event of product cannot work normally because of quality defect, and with no damaged appearance .it commences on the day the product is delivered.

We will repair the product for you for free against purchase certificate with a 1 year warranty in event of product cannot work normally because of quality defect. It commences on the day the product is delivered.

Lifetime maintenance:

For those expired for the warranty period, we provide maintenance on cost price, and customer should pay for transportation.

Limited maintenance time:

1, we report about failure reason, responsibility party, maintenance time and maintenance cost (if the product expired for warranty period or customer is the responsibility party) within 3days after receiving product.

2,We will repair the product in limited time and send back to customer after customer agree with the terms of repair and confirm to repair.

Minor malfunction—two working days

Normal malfunction—six working days

Maintenance warranty period:

Six month from the day product is delivered

Scope of application:

This whole clause applies to all products of our company

Notice:

Which are in scope of free maintenance during warranty period?

1 Damage due to using product under environment which dose not meet working condition requirement

2 Damage due to misconduct

3 Cannot recognize resource of product supply because of serious damage.

4 Product has been repaired or renovated by other people

5 Customers should report to us within two days when receiving products which are damage during transportation, and we will not be responsible for it when it delays.

6 Man-made damage and any other damage due to force majeure
